Just moving to Mount Pleasant, SC, I had no idea who to choose to build our new pool. Luckily, my neighbor was having a hot tub added to their already built pool and gave me the name of Aquatica Pools. I first called two of the large pool companies in the area. I heard they both build good pools; however, you would pay for it. Plus the amount of time it took to build the pool would be much greater with the two known names. I placed calls to both, and just getting a call back from a salesman took a couple weeks. In fact, I had to call back to let them know no one had called me. Ultimately, I ended calling Aquatica Pools, and met Ben Prillaman. Ben responded within a couple days and came out to the house. Ben was a refreshing person to talk to. He is very knowledgeable about pools and gave me a great idea of what I wanted and what he could build. Ben is very professional and courteous. I ended up getting a proposal from Ben within a couple days which took the other two companies weeks. I was able to compare all proposals and not surprised that Aquatica Pools came back being the less of the three, but with all the same bells and whistles. I would be building the exact same pool if I were to go with any of the companies. I was very happy to give Ben my business. Now the great thing about Ben was that he was not only the sales rep, he was also the foreman of the job. He kept in constant communication with me explaining each step. He also stressed that he only wants to build about three pools at a time in order to keep his employees on schedule and not using subs he has never used before. After all was said and done, we are thrilled that we decided to use Aquatica Pools as they build us a fantastic pool. It has now been approximately three months since the pool was built with no issues whatsoever. I am very happy to have the opportunity to recommend Aquatica Pools to anyone.

*Aquatica Pools also installed a beautiful looking paver patio. It would have been a nightmare hiring another company to do that and coordinate with Aquatica Pools.
